Clients Charter

  1. We provide a friendly service and is constantly prepared to assist you

  2. To establish and provide a clean, refreshing and beautiful environment with full of harmony to be enjoyed by the  residents and local community

  3. Guarantee to provide basic services and amenities in all areas under the Yong Peng District Council jurisdiction.

  4. We will serve you within a duration of 2 minutes for each on-counter bill transaction

  5. We process application for business premise license and business advertisement within a period of 2 months based on a condition whereby application terms are fulfilled with the necessary documents and abide by the terms of relevant Department.

  6. We will deliver property tax bills to the owner within a period of 14 days from the commencement for first half of year, and second half of year collection; before the ending period of imposed penalty (28th February) and (31st August) and submitted to the current address

  7. We will process application of title transfer and acknowledge results to the owner within a period of one (1) week based on a condition whereby complete document are enclosed

  8. Providing feedback towards public complaints either in verbal or written form within 24 hours after complaint is received based on a condition whereby details are clear and accurate

  9. Strive to provide satisfaction to all customers and provide written feedback within 2 weeks if a particular subject requires review/investigation from a Yong Peng District Council officer.

  10. We process application for building plan within a period of three (3) months based on a condition whereby complete documents are enclosed

  11. We process application for home residential extension/renovation plan within a period of one (1) month based on a condition whereby terms of application fulfills the requirements of Undang-Undang Kecil Bangunan Seragam 1984 (Building Uniformity By-Laws 1984)

  12. We process Certificate of Fitness for Occupancy (CFO) in 2 (two) weeks from the date of application submission based on a condition whereby application is complete and supported by the relevant department

  13. We process application for layout within a period of one (1) month based on a condition whereby complete documents are enclosed

  14. We will conduct payments for each claim/bill within a period of five (5) days based on a condition whereby terms of service/supply are fulfilled and accompanied with complete documents
