Fill up the license application form and attach the following documents:
- RM 10.00 license process fee.
- A passport sized photo.
- A copy of business registration certificate.
- A copy of identity card.
- A copy of CFO/Ownership/Latest property tax payment.
- A copy of memorandum & article (for Sdn. Bhd. Business)
- A copy of license from related agencies such as Financial Ministry, PORLA and others.
